Td mortgage rates prime

I have a mortgage with TD and with all the rate cuts, it looks like every other bank is 2.95% but TD's mortgage prime rate is 3.10%. Has TD always been higher? Correct me if I'm wrong but I guess I made a mistake by going with TD. TD Mortgage Prime Rate is 0.15% higher than the typical prime rate.
